Working life runs continuously. The systems serving it do not.
A person is found, hired, managed, trained, and then meets the end of the month. That is one sequence, lived by one person. Yet every part of it is served by a different vendor, and those vendors never speak to each other.
Nusva is built from the opposite side. Not another tool added to the pile, but the whole sequence treated as one concern.
Which is why Nusva is not an HR software company, not a consultancy, and not a financial services provider. It is all of them at once, held together by a single subject.
